Our aim is to give you many different possibilities to learn and to get to understand this beautiful dance of improvisation always better.
The Trainings help you to get more in-depth in your learning process, get a 360° view, train specific things that you are interested in and train your flexibility and strength. They are complementary to our classes and courses but of course you can also join only the trainings.

Come to this training with an open mind!
In the first hour we work on STRETCHING & opening our whole body as a preparation for the perfect workout. This unique exercises are specially created for dancers and intend to create space in your body for a better movement, ease and flexibility. In the second hour we work on important techniques, stability, lengthening your movements, alignment and finding lost space in our bodies, and the secrets of connection within your body and to your partner, besides rythm, musicality, style, adornos etc.
No partner needed. Please bring socks, Tango-shoes, comfortable cloths.

OUR LUNCH-BREAK TRAININGS
This classes are specifically set at lunch break in order to go back to work, life or study taller, freer, stronger and with a fresh spirit. All trainings serve your flexibility and strength as well as your profound understanding of the connections within your body, alignment and are aimed to improve your posture.

Tango Stretch is a discipline of movement addressed to everybody as well specifically to tango dancers to give flexibility and stretch to your body. Understand how to create space between your joints, lengthen your muscles and open up to a whole new feeling of posture and alignment.
Get insights on a new concept of body connection within.
This Training serves you as a dancer but is also excellent for non-dancers for everyday life.
*We will be training with comfortable training cloths, socks or barefoot and slow music in the background.
It is an individual work based training (no partner needed) for everyone, and especially Tango dancers who want to improve their physical condition.

Tango Strong is a discipline of movement, on one hand focused to maintain a healthy body and on the other to develop, strengthen and give flexibility to the body through typical movements of tango dance.
*It is an individual work based training (no partner needed) for everyone, and especially Tango dancers who want to improve their physical condition.

This special training addresses dancers and non-dancers alike and was created to connect and open up your body and mind. Through special movements we bypass the mental state to get connected more and more with the wisdom our body inherits naturally but often gets blocked by everyday life.
Natural chains of movement, get flexible and learn to move from inside out, get body confidence through activation and relaxation where it's needed.
